Ruhrtriennale

The Triennale is characterised by its distinctive mix of genres. Performances, dance, opera, theatre, concerts and art attract many fascinating national and international performers and participants. Created out of the desire to revitalise disused industrial buildings, events are held in several exciting venues across the region.

Magic Places

For the first time, an exhibition is showing the wonders of nature and culture together as equally significant creations of our planet. “Magic Places” points to the unique monuments in which the history of our Earth comes to life in all its wonderful variety.

Dortmunder U

Shakespeare Festival

The 22nd Shakespeare Festival takes place at The Globe in Neuss and is a surprisingly international event. This year, the festival presents productions ranging from classical stagings to a hip-hop version from Chicago. All in the replica of Shakespeare’s original theatre located on the Racecourse (Rennpark).
