Welcome
Helping to make expat's lives a little easier

A warm welcome to the new Amazing Capitals, a unique collection of information for international residents in the foreign place they have chosen.
Whether you are preparing your move to Neuss, have just arrived or are already a resident, we wish you an very enjoyable stay and much fun navigating your new home.
Since you are here, you have perhaps been redirected from the old format of Amazing Neuss or you are searching for something specific. This new format has been completely redesigned and restructured, so please enter your topic in the search field or take a glance at the streamlined navigation. A few hundred entries await you concerning just about everything an expat requires. And if we haven’t addressed the topic you are looking for, please write a quick note in the window below and we’ll see what we can do.
We are able to keep this free to use because we are supported by sponsors. They include local and state administration, organisations serving the foreign community such as international schools as well as individuals and companies advertising relevant products or services. All partners are vetted for relevance. Your company may wish to support us too.
We are expats who have lived in several foreign countries. We have been through just about everything from stupidly pointing at an item in a store to being fined by the authorities for not informing of a move. That’s why we know what we are doing. Put simply, we are experts who wish to support others who find themselves in similar situations.
Should you wish to know more about your German hosts, please visit our Amazing Concepts partner site Germany’s Great for many insights.
Income will one day enable us to create Village Green, our non-profit creative centre for European chlidren.
Thank you for visiting and please do return again soon and experience new articles and updates that are written frequently.
Cheers, Garry Hurskainen-Green
