In Düsseldorf, two organisations with movie theatres or cinemas show movies in the original language. The CineStar tends to screen more popular mainstream releases and blockbusters in original at their modern multiplex cinema. Metropol Filmkunstkinos show mostly art house films in original with German subtitles in one of their cosy, more traditional theatres.
