Enthusiastic audiences experience a truly international collection of contemporary dance performances at the Tanzhaus NRW in Düsseldorf.

Created as a nonprofit in 1998, its origins date back to 1973 when the idea of a dance workshop was born by a small group of artists. A redeveloped tram depot forms today’s impressive premises.

Besides exciting events on stage and the quirky atmosphere of the building, the place offers a great interact with people from all walks of life. International instructors from all over the world inspire their students to investigate the world of music and dance.
